It is our assumption that all your preferred providers offer the highest quality printing and vinyl cutting services. Xtreme pays particular attention to the huge versatility of printing and vinyl cutting materials. Therefore, you will be exposed to the following questions:

  1. Bullet  Is your job to be displayed outdoors or indoors?
The difference between indoor and outdoor materials is like a difference between a four wheel drive and a speed performance car.

  2. Bullet Would you expect it to last for longer than five years?
We wouldn’t use a short-term film for your vehicle signage. On the other hand, a high performance vinyl would be an over kill for your Christmas sale.

  3. Bullet Is it going to be directly exposed to the sun?
If you have ever hosted overseas guests, they have probably got sunburned within the first few days. It happens not because they aren’t precautions. It is because the ‘overseas’ is different. I still remember commercials from Europe saying ‘don’t put this thick ‘9’ sunscreen on or you will never get tanned’. Let’s face it: one of the Australian greatest unique uniquenesses is the Sun. Your printing job needs somebody who understands this uniqueness and will help to carefully choose the best material for your job.

  4. Bullet  Is it to be applied on your car, boat or floor?
Cars are exposed to the sun, wind, scratches, dirt and a number of chemical substances we don’t even want to think of. It is even worse with floors and boats. High heels? Chewing gums? Salt water? We may need to use some specific materials as well as installation and protection methods.

  5. Bullet  Would you frame it in a simple light box or stick it on your sinusoidal profile corrugated roof panel?
What is the surface like? There’s a number of films perfectly suited for flat surfaces and window graphics. They turn into a disaster on a complex curve surface. They will just come out after a while and ruin your marketing expenditure. Please, make sure your discuss it when ordering your job.

  6. Bullet Advertising on a sauna?
We need to be precocious when applying printing and vinyl cuts on objects generating heat and steam.

  7. Bullet  How often would you need to replace your print/vinyl cut or part of it?
Some prints and vinyl cuts need to be replaced periodically. If you have such a need, Xtreme will make sure to apply materials allowing clean removal with minimal adhesive residue.

  8. Bullet If you replace it periodically, how important is it for you to apply exactly the same color?
Not all suppliers guarantee that blue means exactly the same with every batch.

  9. Bullet  Do you need to apply your new white image on a black surface?
If so, we’ll make sure your film is totally impervious to light. Alternatively, if you consider your image being highlighted from behind, we will apply a transparent material that distributes the backlight evenly.

  10. Bullet  Graffiti problem?
Illegal graffiti is a nightmare for large format printers and vinyl cutters.  Luckily, there is a solution that allows quick and easy graffiti removal. Moreover, the Anti Graffiti Protection Film makes your print highly resistant to cuts and scratches.

  11. Bullet  Do you run a car wash business?
If you want to apply your new image inside an operating car wash, you need to tell us about it. There is a number of materials that must not be applied in wet conditions.

  12. Bullet  Printing/cutting for an art gallery?
Would people come very close to your objects? In this scenario, your job needs to be finished with extreme caution to all those edges where the canvass meets the frame. How skillful technician would you choose to do the job?

  13. Bullet  Warning signs or high impact night advertising?
Xtreme Printing offers a number of reflective and fluorescent films. You can check some of those materials on our window display.

We understand the list is not full. If you have some other concerns, please contact us and we will provide you with the best possible solution.
