Artwork preparation rules

Although the quality of our printing services is easy to measure, your artwork expectations may be difficult to dispute. Therefore, to ensure our quality standards, Xtreme Printing has introduced three following suggestions:

Time estimate

When quoting our services, you will be provided with the exact cost of your printing job and an estimated time required to prepare your artwork.

This estimation will be based on our experience with similar jobs accomplished in the past.

The better defined your vision is, the less time you will need to have your artwork prepared. On the other hand, if you are not certain about your artwork needs, you may consider using one of our recommended graphic designers. They will evaluate your visual expectations in detail and provide you with a few options.

To ensure our quality standards, our graphic specialist will use an ‘xtreme activity card’. This card is meant to describe your completed tasks and it needs to be approved by you.

We will commit to do all that is necessary to meet your timeframes. However, placing your artwork into our printing schedule depends on your final artwork approval.

Artwork approval

As soon as you approve your artwork, we will place it in our printing schedule.

We will tell you when it is to be delivered.

If you wish to formally confirm that your approved artwork is identical with the final job, you may use the ‘xtreme activity card’. In this scenario, we will provide you with a printed ‘proof’ and formally confirm that every copy is exactly the same.

Placing your artwork into our schedule initiates our production process. From this moment we feel absolutely responsible for delivering your printed materials on time or earlier.
